Can I amend or cancel my order?

We can usually help if you get in touch quickly. Please email us at info@biggiesrawpantry.com as soon as possible after placing your order.

Once your treats have been packed or shipped, we can’t make changes or cancellations.

I have a discount code, how can I use it?

Just enter your code in the “Discount code” box at checkout and your savings will apply automatically. Only one code can be used per order.

How will I know if my order is confirmed?

You’ll receive an order confirmation email right after you checkout. If you don’t see it, check your junk or promotions folder sometimes it hides there.

Are your treats suitable for cats?

Yes! Many of our treats are cat-friendly, especially our jerky options. Look out for the “Cat Friendly” tag on products.

What if my pet has allergies?

Please check protein types before ordering, we list all ingredients clearly on each product. If you’re unsure, email us at info@biggiesrawpantry.com and we’ll help guide you.
