We want you (and your pets) to be happy with your order from Biggie’s Raw Pantry.

Change of Mind Returns
– We accept returns on unopened products within 7 days of purchase.
– To start a return, please email us at info@biggiesrawpantry.com with your order number and details.
– You’ll need to cover return postage costs.

Refunds or Credits for Issues
– If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
– We’ll work with you to arrange either a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items
– For hygiene and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on products that have been opened.
